The most unprofessional rude company, that I have ever done business with in 25 years. Arlene has no people skills and no kind manner about her. She calls and puts on the pressure when she wants you to purchase with them. Even pretending to my staff to be another company 'Saxson's Paper'. When quizzed about this still continues to lie to get a sale. we had a very busy period and was two weeks late with a payment so Arlene then sent out a threatening letter which she has made up herself, pretending to be a 'notice of court proceedings' letter. In my business and that of other professional companies I deal with, telephone manner and customer service/ relations are paramount, especially when selling products and wanting to advance the company. Arlene Lester is rude, aggressive, and unhelpful and is doing the company a huge mis- service.
