Very sketchy. We were heading to NY for a cruise with 20 people. They told us no problem they could get us a "bus". They showed up with an older van(unlike the nice new Mercedes they advertise) and a 2001 minivan!!!! 14 of us got the van and 6 had to follow in the minivan. When we returned, we got the same 2 vehicles so I assume the ads are BS. Driver tells us everything is fine and get in the van(rude). On a positive note, they were on time both days.
