Beef patties prepared with a special sauce and all the way if you want. I was surprised by the mini KitKat treat that came with the meal. A full service bar provided lots of drink options. Very Clean, rustic but has Updated motel rooms with mini fridge and new beds. Very nice mini soaps. Great staff and service with a cool, well stocked bar, all stuffed full of taxidermy, rocks, and historic bric a brac. Note: The Breakfast burritos were fantastic! Loaded then a nice char on the outside, yum! Coffee kept flowing, I loved it soo much. We took a walk on the airstrip to stretch our legs after a long day of driving. We will drive this stretch again just to pop in here. (they serve local alvord range beef burgers that I need to try next time!) Great hospitality along a very deserted, almost scary how empty stretch of highway.

Don't get me wrong I enjoy In and Out but it would take quite a few of those tiny little burgers to equal one of these beauties. And the plate of fries they serve with the burger is as plenty to satisfy you. Now on to the breakfast burritos, and OMG, they are awesome. Way more than enough for one person but once you start in it's hard to hold back and stop.
