We have stayed here many times. It used to be a KOA. There are not many places to stay in this…read morearea. Would be nice if they didn't charge so much monthly. Manager (Gary) is nice. Last time staying here they had lots of water leaks. So many people just think they can do whatever they want in the park. No dogs on leashes and their kids allowing their dog to pee on all of our stuff and poop in our spot. Not ok.

Also they allow people to speed through the park & couldn't care less when another guest does stuff they shouldn't be doing. We have seen drug deals go down in the park. Trash sits around at spots ALL DAY. They are overcharging with it being such a sh** hole. I guess that's why they lost the KOA part.
