From the moment we met with Sam, he gave us an extremely thorough run down of what this process would entail and what to expect during each phase of the home-buying process. He would ask us "So what would the set-up look like in this room?" etc. He would also point out different details regarding repairs/ work that would need to be done to the home based on his experience. I am a real estate investor who does a lot of the legwork to market a property myself. Fresh Perspecives staged one of my investment homes for me at the end of May 2018, and I am giving them 3-stars instead of 1 or 2 for their excellent professionalism, fantastic organization and responsiveness, and the ability to get the job done well. The house they staged closed the third week of July and I was satisfied with the job they did. The reason I am not rating Fresh Perspectives 5 stars is as follows: I found their contract and scheduling tactics to be extremely rigid. I get it that they are probably a high-volume business and deal with a lot of unorganized listing agents or homeowners and therefore have to run a tight ship as a result, but now that I've shopped it around I see the difference. Secondly, in terms of the quality of the staging and beauty of the work, hands down my other property I just staged this week (with Interior Designer Dana Zarb) is far more superior in terms of furnishings, amount of detail, and beauty of the design; I wished I would have found Dana sooner! Today my senior photographer from Showcase that took photos says it's probably the best staging he's ever seen. And the kicker is for the same 60-day period (design, staging, de-staging, and 60 day rental), Fresh Perspecives charged 50% more than what I am paying today to Dana. What I learned when getting more estimates is that most every other stager "includes" in the initial invoice a 60-day rental of the furniture, Fresh Perspectives only 30. As a result, I am walking away from the Fresh Perspectives experience feeling a bit price-gauged when I could have paid a lot less and gotten a far better job. In summary, Fresh Perspectives provides an acceptable service, but there are better alternatives so do your due diligence and shop it around!

They know that when your house sells you may make a few dollars and they feel some of the proceeds should go to them. This business is a joke, if your house is going to sell the prospective owners are really not interested in the cow rug that they don't own anyway. Waste of money in my opion and they have horrible business practices. And by the way; you can't speak to them. they only deal with your agent. thankfully for them they have plenty of new business to pilfer from!!

Look, if you want a super honest, reliable, and skilled crew, go with Ville Painting Company. He's not going to scam you, he's not going bait and switch, he's going to get the job done and exactly how you want it. 10/10. My only regret is that we didn't use them when we first moved in the house for some interior work. Went with another painter and had to redo much of the work.

David came out, looked at my shower, (seriously, just looked at the shower and threw out a number and said he could do it the next week for xxx amount) and he was done. I asked for a written estimate detailing what steps would be taken since he couldn't tell me when he was at my home. He obviously was just the salesman and didn't know anything about this project. Other bids I received said that it would take a good week to repair and he said two days, which I found odd. Anyway, he called me the next day asking me if he could put me down for the next week to get his guys scheduled. Told him I was waiting for the detailed estimate-not detailed with $$, detailed as in the steps taken to repair. I never heard from him again. Ghosted. He wasted my time and made the company look really bad. He over promised and under delivered. It is a real shame as I have a lot of high profile clientele that I was going to give referral to had the project come out well. Now it will be the opposite. All he had to do is be honest and tell me he was incorrect and it couldn't be done. I felt as if I was being pushed into signing on the dotted line without knowing what I was signing. Once he knew he couldn't pull a fast one over me, he ghosted me. Not a good look for their business.

Spray adhesive (3M Headliner and Fabric Adhesive/@Amazon) didn't solve the issue because the foam the headliner was attached to continued to crumble. So I did an online search and one of the companies I found was "Bigs Mobile Headliners." I liked the idea that they came to your location and did the work rather than me having to take my vehicle to some other location and leave it. I phoned Bigs and spoke to Jim Lucas and made an appointment for him to come to my house and do the repair/re-cover. Jim came out and none of the (dozens) of fabrics he had on hand were an exact match (one was close, but not exact). Using a fabric sample card, Jim found an exact match and ordered the material. Jim texted me a couple of times to keep me apprised of the progress on the arrival of the material (it was fast). Two days after the original appointment Jim phoned me and gave me a time he could arrive to do the repair. He arrived on time and completed the job in about two hours. The headliner now looks "factory new" (better). The fabric Jim used appears to be of better quality than the original. Jim does need access to A/C power to run his "glue gun" compressor. Interestingly, the price Jim quoted me was the lowest bid I got. It is unusual for "low bid" and "high quality work" to go hand-in-hand. But with Jim, it did. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work Jim did and would highly recommend him. Oh, and Jim is very personable and cleaned up all of the fabric scraps in my driveway where he worked. When he left, you could even tell he'd been here.
