Everyone agreed that this was the best meal and the best value of our week in the Centro Storico. I had the spaghetti Trapani with fresh tomatoes and almond. Simple and incredible. So good I finished the leftover sauce on sliced bread. Sal had the pasta pomadoro with eggplant and his review was that it was equally outstanding. Two happy vegans. The large mixed salad was a welcome intermission from this week's carb-fest. My veggie daughter had the same with pecorino and fresh mozz and gave it two thumbs up. The total for four people, six plates, two bottles of water and a conolo was only €44. Mamá mía, that's a good deal! My only regret was that we waited until the last day to eat here. Vegans and vegetarians, you're going to get your fill of pizza, pasta, and insalata this week. Make it good and eat here! But it was just carb city, and all tasted a bit samey. We popped in again for a pizzette - really disappointing and flavorless - and some decent spinach and cheese arancini. I guess it's hit or miss. It's worth a try to experience the famous foods of Sicily, but I'm not a total convert yet.

The pizzas are all fully customizable as well, so you can add extra ingredients or leave some off. Do note that their family pizza size is actually very large, so unless you want to have a lot of leftovers after, make sure you order the normal size. This restaurant seems really popular with the delivery crowd, and most of the time the delivery guys seemed quite busy carrying out orders to their scooters.
