Ordered one slice of cheese pizza and got asked to wait 5 minutes for which is totally fine, but waited 20 minutes while everyone else received their orders and I saw the cheese pizza out. When i finally walked up they pretended it just was finished and got no apology. Again with the mediocre service. The person ringing our order up seemed under the influence of something while the manager seemed aloof. There was only one staff member that actually paid attention and took the time to ensure our order was right. The stand was a mess; and no attempts were made to clean up by anyone. Pepperoni pizza: The meat had an odd taste. Cheese layer very thin. Marinara had an odd taste as well. Crust was OK. Garlic breadsticks: One was good, the other was odd-tasting. Go figure. Staff was nice. I remember getting pizza at a food-court Sbarro years ago and the pizza looked/tasted fresh and GOOD. Now it looks like it is prefab pizza that has sat in the display case for way too long. This location is located inside the mall food court! They have their own seating for customers and the food court itself has plenty more. The employees were friendly and my food was great! I ordered their special which included two huge slices of pizza (supreme and hawaiian) and a drink for $8.99. We also got a side of roasted potatoes and mac and cheese. My friend ordered a stromboli. My pizza was delicious. Hot and crispy. The roasted potatoes are a must and the mac and cheese was AMAZING. It was hot and gooey! They even added some bread crumbs on top to make it even better! The Stromboli was also great and we will definitely order again. I was so glad we decided to eat here because I had forgotten as to how good the food was. The employees were also friendly. The tables were all a bit dirty though and so were the floors. We had to wipe down our own table. All the Parmesan cheese containers were running pretty low and the containers itself were dirty and sticky. We will be back in the future but next time maybe eat out in the food court. read more

Place wasn't two busy when we went orders two slice combo and a drink. The pizza is normally on point but this visit it was extra greasy and didn't have any flavor. Come here if you want terrible service, if you want to be treated with disrespect. They consistently mess up my phone in orders and have even at times not even made it. Manager, workers on site offer no apologies or resolution. Very unprofessional staff. Go get pizza elsewhere or go to Chick-fil-A, the staff there is always courteous and respectful. read more

Pizza is ok, nothing good or bad to say about it other than its expensive. Then again it's mall food so it's expensive. My daughter loves pizza and the playground here so it's a good combo. Other items on the line seem to be a bit dried from sitting. I haven't tried them but it's to appetizing looking. read more

I've been to this Sbarro a few times and three things have remained constant... #1: The food has been awesome! Very good pizza for a great price! We got 2 NY large pizzas and a couple of drinks for under $30... #2: The service has been real good. Each of the employees we've dealt with here were very courteous... and #3: This place has been filthy. Every time we've been here, at least 2 tables were covered in crumbs and drops of pizza sauce. The trash cans were overflowing and the floor needed to be swept. I love the food here and the employees are polite, but they need to work on keeping the place clean. read more

I've been to this location a couple times because it's in the mall and it's cheap. It also helps the food is pretty decent for mall food. We visited this location yesterday, and I normally wouldn't leave a review due to it being "mall food"; however, I was so impressed by the customer service. My mom and I got the two pieces of pizza and a soda for about $10. Don't get me wrong, this is no "New York" pizza, but it's way better than Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc. During our visit, there was an older lady in a wheelchair by herself. One of the workers, Devante, was SO friendly (to us, too) and brought her the pizza, arranged the table for her, and provided exemplary customer service. I know this location doesn't have an "owner" on Yelp!, so I made sure to send feedback on their company website. Overall, if you're looking for a cheap bite to eat that doesn't taste like cardboard, Sbarro is your go to place. read more

I'm a huge fan of Sbarro! Lots of tasty options here, though the pepperoni has always been my favorite. The staff here is pretty nice, too, and if I recall correctly, you can get discounted pizza near closing time! I'm only taking off a star for two reasons: 1) cleanliness, and 2) whole pie quality. I understand that this place is in a mall, but to constantly have overflowing trash cans and dirty tables and floors is not that appealing. And about the whole pies, I like how they aren't too expensive and are nicely loaded up with cheese, sauce, and toppings, but my suggestion to the staff is to use a slightly lighter hand or wait a few minutes before calling customers up to get their boxes. Every time I pick up a whole pie, everything on it is so hot that it literally slides off like molten lava; you've got to wait a while and let things cool down before you can eat it without making an atrocious mess! Super delicious still, but honestly such a mess and kind of extra. read more
