I have eaten here twice in the past week and was not too happy either time. The house salad was very fresh and I like the ingredient combination. I ordered garlic rolls but ended up with bread that had a very faint taste of garlic. I like the garlic and the oil. None were given to me. I realized when I came home and did not want to go back. I checked to make sure all items were included but didn't think I had to check for garlic on the rolls. The lasagna is a family recipe that is over 60 years old. I am not sure I'd someone else is in the kitchen or if they changed an ingredient. I can say that the lasagna is very heavy and well worth what I spent. I just didn't care for the taste like I used to. It is not the same. I might go back and try a chicken parm meal or a sub.

Very good! My party…read moreand I called a couple days in advance to make a reservation for a weekday night. This place has not too many tables so it's best to call if you're really set on going a certain time and day. The inside is cutely decorated. They provided some garlic bread for free. The bread was light and good and the garlic flavor was very mild (which I prefer!) We also got the meatballs as an appetizer which were very good as well. We got the eggplant parm, lasagna, vodka pasta, and the cannelloni. The lasagna was GREAT. The pastas all had a good flavor and portion as well. Inside while we were eating, lots of people came in for takeout or to dine in and it seemed like the employees knew everyone. I thought it was nice that they value their returning customers so much. I will definitely be back here again the next time I'm wanting Italian.

I ordered the chicken Parm sandwich, and it was fantastic--crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor. The homemade potato chips were a great surprise too. My girlfriend's penne with vodka sauce was so good she barely looked up from her plate, and my other friends loved the ravioli with the butter‑sage sauce and the spaghetti bolognese. The portions were a good size, and we took home leftovers. The desserts were also to die for. I had a hazelnut cake that was light and delicious, and my girlfriends had the tiramisu. Nothing was left. Plates were cleaned! Overall, it's the kind of place you're so so happy to have nearby in Pembroke Pines. Great food, warm atmosphere, and a team that clearly cares. I'll definitely be going back.

Apparently, according to the employee, that actually means they put hot honey all over the pizza, something that is not clearly explained anywhere during the ordering process. The receipt even reflected the confusion, and when I called, the employee repeatedly said, "I know what the receipt says, but that's not what it means." That alone should tell you there's a serious issue with how orders are presented online. When the food arrived, the pizza was completely undercooked and soggy, and the hot honey had been baked into the entire pie, making it taste awful. The wings were also undercooked and soggy, and the garlic rolls were just as disappointing. I called to speak with a manager, but one never came to the phone. Instead, the employee spoke with the cook and came back offering a $2 discount on a $56.67 order. That was their solution for an inedible meal and a clearly misleading ordering system. To make matters worse, she admitted multiple times that: * The receipt is misleading * The website is confusing * The hot honey caused the pizza to be soggy Yet they still refused to remake the order or provide a proper refund. This place lost a customer and earned a well-deserved negative review.

So imagine my surprise when I ordered three chicken parm dinners for the first time and discovered that the dinner version comes with no pasta and no salad -- just the chicken by itself. It makes no sense. This is not a family‑style restaurant; charge a few dollars more and include the pasta like every normal place does. To make things worse, when I placed the order, I said "no sauce on the pasta."So I received 1 order of what looked like 1/4 cup worth. As usual -- because this happens at lunch too -- they took that to mean no sauce on the pasta AND no sauce on the chicken. I have no idea how that keeps getting misinterpreted. Even the staff at lunch can't understand why the kitchen repeatedly makes this mistake. When I called, the young woman who answered was polite and explained the dinner policy. Fine. Then came the manager, Chelsea, who seemed more focused on repeating that policy than addressing the fact that my family's dinner was wrong. Instead of acknowledging the issue -- that we drove there, picked up the food, drove home, and discovered the same mistake they've made countless times -- she doubled down on the pasta explanation like it was some groundbreaking revelation. Her solution? I was "welcome to come back." Because after driving there, picking up the food, driving home, and discovering the same mistake they've made countless times, what I really want is another 20‑minute round trip so they can finally put sauce on chicken parm. Do yourself a favor and go to the Sicilian Oven in Plantation, where the management is competent and the kitchen actually understands basic instructions.
