Once they had our money, they claimed the word count was incorrect and demanded more money. When challenged, they backtracked -- only to then claim confusion about the expedited service we had already been quoted and paid for. I sent them a copy of their own order confirmation, which clearly included "urgent translation and apostille service." Their response? Ignore the documentation and demand an additional $100 anyway. When we requested a cancellation and full refund -- less than an hour after payment -- they went silent. Despite advertising a "cancel for a full refund" policy, they have been completely unresponsive via phone and email. Do not trust this company. They are disorganized at best and dishonest at worst.
