Having been Homeschooled I had no gym experience of any kind, when I first walked in I genuinely had no idea what to expect. I was greeted by the owner & head coach who made me feel welcomed & wanted there. I started with self-defense & quickly recognized a safe, professional, & welcoming atmosphere. I have now been involved for 3 Months, but it feels like its been my home gym for years. I love the community, everyone is encouraging & supportive of eachother regardless of skill level or rank. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been inviting all of my friends to join too. If you want to learn practical self-defense &/or start a martial art as an adult this is the place to go! read more

John and Jess are always amazing to work with. My daughter has been training for over a year now and the growth I've seen her take over this one year is unbelievable. Beyond learning the craft, her personal growth has been another highlight of the Teton Training Center. She has more confidence, discipline, focus, and self worth. The Teton Training Center is providing a venue to teach so much more than Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, its teaching ideals and behaviors that any parent would be proud to see in their children. I'm not alone in my opinion on this...it's been a fun journey watching all of the students at Teton Training Center become the best version of themselves while continuously working on positive personal growth.
