I had the chances to work with Laura, Tiffaney, and Alice, and all three women are beyond incredible. They are so aware of the body and I really appreciated the attention they gave to form while still kicking my butt! Their instruction was super clear and visual, and each class had so much variety in terms of exercises that every muscle group of my body was worked.
