This is a very busy office and although Ms. Anderson has a great deal of support staff, none of them appear to be empowered to actually get anything done, or have much legal knowledge or authority. Ms. Anderson's office is often chosen by clients because it's established and well known but I would highly recommend going to a smaller company where you'll likely receive better, attentive service. Terrible experience with an established professional who clearly could care less.

First time she made me wait for hours... then yelled at some poor unfortunate person who had the unfortunate circumstance of working for her. And the numbers were wrong, when I pointed out the wrong interest rate she got really mad at me. I wasn't signing that paper until it was corrected. Recently she made me wait again and was extremely pushy about getting insurance papers and made it seem like she was inconvenienced about my closing date. I was not greeted, just "what do you want" when I walked in the door. Sorry that's your job to get the closing papers in order and she had lots of time. Do not waste your time going to see a rude and unhappy person -- see any other notary public in Terrace but her. By the way, this is the first post on yelp ever - she was so rude to me I thought I should warn others.
