If you are interested in joining the choir, you are guaranteed a very warm friendly greeting and you will be joining a friendly group of men which, to me anyway gives a pleasant warm feeling of comradery. I thoroughly recommend this club to all. It is just opposite the new Tesco across from 'Lal Mirchi,' formerly the 'Miner's Lamp' in Haydock.

The thing I enjoy most about this pub is the range of beers on offer, they have real ales and bottles of beer from all around the world and I felt it was my duty to try as many of these as possible and I can safely say it made for a good time. The crowd in here tend to be older but this doesn't affect the atmosphere it just means that rather than having a rowdy bunch of students you have a rowdy bunch of middle aged men and the occasional drunken fool like me lounging around in the corner. So all in all no a lot to offer, the music is ok and the staff are fine.
