Il Ristorante Pizzeria Scalo del Granduca è un punto di riferimento a Follonica per la cucina a base di pesce freschissimo, una grande varietà di piatti di carne ed i famosi piatti della cucina tradizionale maremmana. Nella zona dedicata allo shopping del centro di Follonica, di fronte alla piazza dell'obelisco, si trova il ristorante "Scalo del Granduca" gestito dallo chef Paolo Santi e dalla moglie Lilia, responsabile di sala. E' qui che Paolo sperimenta la sua arte, miscelando con sapienza tradizione e innovazione. I clienti vengono accolti con la caratteristica cordialità ed ospitalità maremmana, in una genuina e sana realtà enogastronomica italiana.

The burrata was creamy and hit the spot. The dough for both our entrees (pizzas) was delicious and we were upset we had no where to take it home with us (hotel did not have refrigerator). I also want to comment that the portions were huge and the prices reasonable (compared to some of the train station food we'd eaten prior).
