We came while they were remodeling though things were not mentiomed that should have been. It was cold outside yet they neglected to mention the room had no heat. We were given a choice of changing rooms or a portable heater. We took the heater because we were already settled in. There was one ice machine and I accidentally found it after thinking they didn't have any. Would have been nice if they told us it was on the floor below us. Finally our room was in full view of the office building right next to the hotel. Not exactly what you want when wanting the curtains open. Blinds would have been nice so we could get light without the intrusion. The saving grace was the huge awesome breakfast bar and the shared indoor courtyard. Being more sensitive to international travelers by mentioning all the immentities and actually making sure things work before renting a room would be nice. Though not expected I was surprised a discount or coupon was not given for the heat issues. I hope these have been or will be resolved. read more
