The Folklorama festivities at this location were fantastic! Great dancing and music and the food was pretty good! On the weekends they still serve Scandinavian food, check their website for more information. I tried their Salmon dish and a healthy dessert called Lefse. Lefse is a Scandinavian Crepe.
