Follow through, complete failure. Competence, it left a long time ago. Only contact is when they want to ask for more money. If I can spare one person from the pain thjey subjugate me to I would be happy to do. A year after hiring them, the case was closed with them informing me deceptively that I should expect a certain resolution. When I eventually called the courts, the filing was yet to be done. After several unsuccessful calls, I resorted to writing a review. I have a time sensitive custody case and my lawyer had quit the firm (now I know why) and I had to choose between him and the firm. I asked the firm if my lawyer would be able to make my court date that was two weeks away and I was told yes. I called the next day to make sure and see if I could speak to my lawyer and was told I would get a call back. Next thing I know I get an email stating that my court date was pushed two months. This was done without me even speaking to my lawyer and without my consent and now after getting my case transferred to the lawyer who left the firm we are either stuck trying to fix this or stuck waiting two months because of a complete neglect of communication.
