    Melon and prosciutto

Located on the 2nd floor in The Cosmo. Cute bar area to get drinks and appetizers. The fingerling potatoes were exactly the carbs we needed after a few drinks and the prosciutto with melon was delicious!

Went there for a dinner. I always like scarpetta and this time was no exception about the excellence of the food itself and the service and n ambience. We started with the tomato and Purata salad. It was well dressed, and the tomatoes were fresh and succulent. Liked the multicolor aspect. The bread was a nice variety of different bread, including some cheese and salami. We also have the Arancini, which was cooked perfectly a beautiful brown sauce in a beautiful Brown sauce The entrée was the signature dish of pasta Pomodoro and it was excellent as always. The bread came in handy to wipe up the sauce. For dessert we shared the Panko Panna cotta Another terrific experience I highly recommend this place.

We were greeted by a friendly hostess who brought us to a table with a partial view of the Bellagio fountains. First off a complimentary bread basket with side condiments was placed on table. Next our appie of fried calamari came, lightly battered, crispy and moist inside...enjoyable For mains...Scallops--4 fairly big sized scallops sitting on a bed of lightly whipped pea sauce. They all have a browned crust with a jiggling interior. Refreshing indeed The Branzino fish was butterflied, pan fried, a lil mushy flesh. Service good, quiet ambiance, happy stomach, great evening we had!

The ambiance was nice and high class. It had a huge bar area and there are seats viewing the fountain if you want. Service was good. Our waiter kept checking on us to see if we were good. The server bringing our food also was nice. The food was good. I ordered the scampi and my fiancé order the duck ravioli. Both were good and the bread was good too. We got a bunch of different breads. I really liked their gelato. We got these pastry things with a scoop of their banana gelato and the gelato was super yummy. The water was room temp. That would be my only complaint as I like my water ice cold. Overall it was nice. A bit on the expensive side but this is Vegas so everything is expensive.

Lovely Italian spot inside the Cosmopolitan that works just as well for a team dinner as it does for a romantic night out. The vibe strikes that perfect balance between upscale and comfortable. We ordered the calamari, arancini, spaghetti Scarpetta, and bomboloni--and honestly, you can't go wrong with this lineup. Everything was delicious, comforting, and exactly what you want after a long, exhausting day at a conference. The spaghetti Scarpetta in particular is a must-order if you love a great, simple pasta done right. Definitely worth leaning into the carb coma here.

Small Italian restaurant at The Cosmopolitan. The view was good if you get a chance to see the Bellagio fountain show from your seat, and service was fast. It's a smaller restaurant than others. Limited vegetarian options: spaghetti, gnocchi, and the tableside pasta for two. Prices are steep for pasta. The truffles were blended into the sauce, and if I'm paying a premium for pasta, I want to see the truffles shaved on it. The flavor profile was good but not a restaurant I would be returning to. Apparently the spaghetti is a go-to for people, but it's something I make homemade, so I didn't order it. The braised lamb shank was also ordered and not really enjoyed. The bread basket was a highlight, and the rosemary focaccia was great.

If you're having fun at the Cosmopolitan, Scarpetta is the perfect place for delicious italian food. It was our first time here, and the vibes were definitely upscale and very romantic. Hospitality was spot on, attentive and all the dishes we ordered were delicious. Crispy Fritto Misto, Beef Carpaccio, paired well with Cavatelli, and Squid Ink Tagliatelle with Lobster.

Truly truly enjoyed this place. Their pastas were amazing. Ordered the black ink pasta. My husband ordered their veal and side of spaghetti. Started with yummy roasted beet salad. They start you off with delicious basket of assorted bread. We ordered two desserts. Everything was just so yummy! Service was exceptional and I love the ambiance of this place. Music was low and not loud at all and just perfect Italian dinner.

I stopped in here for a quick dinner. Since I was dinning alone tonight the options were bar seating only. I came early so there was plenty of space and the bar filled quickly. The menu has many options and everything sounded delicious. I very much enjoyed the Cesar salad the charred lemon added a burst of citrus to the salad and it was lovely. The Sea Bass was cooked perfectly, but that sauce they topped it with was outstanding. It was light and I can't exactly describe the flavors, but an enhancement it was. The only dish I didn't love was the gnocchi. The pasta itself lacked texture it was a little too soft for me, but flavor profile was excellent. As most places in Vegas I recommend a reservation. The bar was extremely busy and the bartender had many rotating guests grabbing drinks so service lacked but understandably so. This was a great place with a great menu, highly recommend making a stop here.

    Arancini short rib
    Luis D.

High end modern Italian located at the Cosmopolitan, with pretty nice views of the city. Started with the short rib arancini, really good, almost looked like a large meatball. The calamari fritti was crispy and served with a spicy marinara and aioli dipping sauces. Veal Milanese was tender, and served with a topping of arugula and parmesan slivers, simple but expertly prepared. The gnocchi was served with a mushroom brown butter sauce, very tender and melt in your mouth. The scallops were also tasty, well cooked. The big flavor bomb was the polenta with mushroom fricassee, the polenta by itself was great but the addition of the mushroom sauce elevated it. Worth a visit just to try this dish. Overall great experience, friendly waitstaff and will visit again in the future, most likely for a special occasion. 5 stars

This is one of the best hidden gems we came across at cosmo. First, the service was amazing and top tier. The servers are well seasoned and so conversational. My boyfriend treated me to dinner for my birthday weekend here and I was so surprised with how the night went. Our server even split one of our pasta dishes into two plates to share! I thought that was thoughtful of them since they pointed out that we might be swapping and sharing our food. The view made the experience amazing. I will note that I thought we would receive a complimentary dessert for my birthday celebration that day. I noticed that other reviews stated that they received this and a birthday candle. However, I would definitely come back here to share how great this restaurant is. Thank you!

Favorite Italian Restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip! Delicious food with quality ingredients you can taste in every bite! Service was 10 stars, top tier! The wine and sparkling water did not touch the bottom of the glass that's how good you know the service is on point! The ambiance had a very romantic vibe with a modern twist. The prices are a bit on the upscale side but definitely w Highly recommend to anyone who loves Italian food to check them out!

Amazing experience. Mike is an extremely attentive waiter. The food was ridiculously delicious! Started with arancini then we have the sea bass and pappardelle. Paired it with the 2012 Tommas Amarone. And our martinis to start the evening were perfect as well. Salutè

My husband is currently busy trying to reverse engineer the recipes that's how much we loved them! The garlic bread was exactly what garlic bread should be: thin, buttery, garlicky, and dangerously easy to inhale. Earlier this year, my husband was placed on hospice after a long and difficult battle with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Today, he told me he wanted to try this restaurant, so we decided to make that wish happen. I am so grateful that we did. From the moment we sat down, our server Pearla made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. She was absolutely incredible. She took the time to walk us through the menu, explained the dishes in detail, and gave thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be fantastic. We tried the Devola pizza and several brunch dishes and everything was delicious. The Devola pizza was a little spicy for me, but my husband absolutely loved it. The bread with the basil ricotta was out of this world and easily a 10/10. Every dish we tried was excellent. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The décor, the music, and the overall atmosphere created the perfect setting for a special morning together. It felt comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. What made this experience unforgettable wasn't just the food, it was the kindness and compassion Pearla showed us.. She treated us like family, not customers. She was attentive without being overbearing and answered all of our questions, made sure we had everything we needed, and brought such warmth to our table. In a time when every special moment together means so much, her genuine care made a lasting impact on both of us. I cannot thank Peala enough for the experience she gave us today. She went far beyond what anyone would expect from a server and helped create a memory that I will cherish forever. Her kindness and genuine compassion meant more than she will ever know. Thank you, Peala for making this day so special for my husband and me. We will absolutely be back to try the dinner menu, and we will always remember the care you showed us.

Overall, the place is very cute, great for a date, drinks with friends, I even saw a few birthday celebrations going on. The service was great, they are very attentive and helpful. I'd heard great things about their house made sourdough, but we didn't want to get too full from bread, so we decided to skip it. I regretted it when I saw almost every other table order it. We ordered Esther's chopped salad, rigatoni carbonara, and one of the pizzas. The pizza was great, best thing that we ate. We also had a few beers and a few cocktails, drinks were good. The chopped salad was extremely salty, I even picked out the salami, but it was still super salty. The carbonara on the other hand, was very under-seasoned, it just felt like I was eating plain pasta. But it may have been the saltiness of the salad that made the pasta feel the opposite. We looked around and saw some other dishes that we thought we should have tried instead, I'd like to come back and give it another try.

The Strozzapreti and White Truffle Garlic Bread were not my personal favorites, but my family really enjoyed both of them. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were great, and I would definitely come back.

We had a dinner reservation for 10 people and were seated pretty quickly; waiting for about 5-10 minutes only. Our server was Megan (I hope/think), and she was phenomenal no doubt about it and made my first visit perfect. She helped us with dish recommendations for our party size, and was attentive the entire night. We ordered: - apps: fried zucchini, fried calamari, caesar salad; - pastas: garlic and oil angel hair, spaghetti marina, spicy rose rigatoni (this was a special item she suggested); - meats: chicken parmigiana, sausage, meatballs, chicken scaloppine. - plus cocktails and wine of course. Everything was awesome, honestly. Make a reservation, order what your server tells you, and leave room for dessert (unlike us)!

Carmine's wasn't our first choice, but it was Monday. A lot of the truly great spots around town are having a day off. Megan, our waitress, was very nice. 5 stars for her and the bussers. Bussers and runners are so overlooked, but they really are key to to the operation and customer experience. Tip them separately. Water, bread, condiments, clearing the dirties - they do so much and deserve our appreciation, LV style, with cash! We had a good time overall. Good company, thoughtful staff, easy access, but it was likely a one off due to the ho-hum food.
