They had some great selections and were willing to work with me to figure out some additions that would be great to have. The gluten-free kaiserschmarrn did not disappoint -- if you're unfamiliar with kaiserschmarrn, think scrambled pancakes with extra eggy goodness, a southern delicacy in these parts and not often served for breakfast, but more as an afternoon snack or as dessert. The portions were very small, which is not a problem per se. My meat was a bit too dry, my wife's Schnitzel was clearly a commercial precooked product. The taste left a lot to be desired. We had abdominal pain during the night. The service was slow and forgetful even though the place was nearly empty.
