Established in 1947.
Founded in 1947, Domaine Schaeffer-Woerly is a family estate rooted in the heart of Alsace. Passed down through generations, our vineyard has grown with passion and respect for nature.
In 2011, we began our journey toward organic viticulture, deepening our commitment to sustainable, respectful winemaking.
Since the early days, we’ve embraced sustainable methods and traditional craftsmanship to highlight the richness of our terroir.
Today, Maxime, the new generation continues this legacy, producing expressive, elegant wines that reflect both heritage and innovation.

Passionate Alsace Winemaker Rooted in the vineyards of Dambach-la-Ville, I’m a proud ambassador of Alsace wines and the family legacy behind Domaine Schaeffer-Woerly. Raised among the vines, I grew up with the rhythm of the seasons and the stories whispered through each vintage. My love for wine isn’t just about flavor—it’s about heritage, emotion, and sharing a sense of place in every glass.
Since taking part in the domaine’s evolution, I’ve poured my heart into producing expressive, honest wines that celebrate our terroir, especially through organic farming and traditional methods. For me, Alsace wine is not only a craft—it's a lifelong love story.
