Shout out to Serendipity for making this afternoons outing so fun for me and my son. She was so patient with choice making and beyond kind to my son and I. He loved the little bug decorations and she pointed them all out. The chocolate strawberry cup was amazing. Best chocolate covered strawberries I've ever had. We ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my granddaughter's birthday at this location. They do have more locations; Zionsville is another one. The shop is laid out in a cute old fashioned candy shop motif. Service was helpful and friendly. The staff was very accommodating. We selected a lot more items for purchase and they helped us with all the options. As usual, Perry Crossing can be challenging in finding a place to park. The young ladies working here are phenomenal. Its the Friday before Christmas and they are very busy. I went in asking for a custom chocolate gift for someone's birthday. These ladies were happy to help and provided a great product very quickly. They even offered to let me pick out each chocolate and the color of ribbon. Will definitely be coming back. read more

I didn't realize the vast selection of Dubai chocolate they offer here! Service was a bit slow but picked up once we were being helped and everyone was super friendly. Went in today and asked for a chocolate sample. If I liked your chocolate I might buy 30 or 40 dollar worth of chocolate for the sake of a 25c sample. "No, we can only give out samples of gelato and fudge". POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. I do not know if I even like your chocolate. The attitude of the staff was terrible. I had the fortunate luck to be able to visit the headquarters location in Orlando and thus learned how good the chocolate is that is used here. The chocolate is all made in house and hand dipped. They have an almost infinite array of molded chocolate for almost any special occasion. Tons of truffles and many flavors also a complete array of coffee drinks and gelato. Literally you cant go wrong here. I stopped in to get melting chocolate discs to make fondue at home. The taste was exquisite and the best I have had with a great balance for milk chocolate. The only drawback is finding parking bit as a plus you can walk off some of your chocolate going to and from your car. read more

OMG!!!!! This place is heaven on earth. Do not miss it. Amazing chocolate stores. I went in there for the first time and didn't have the heart to leave the place. The staff was very supportive and helpful in understanding how to order chocolates from this place. The price is worth the delicious and mouth watering chocolates you buy. They also have gelato and drinks (hot chocolate and coffee)! Their hot chocolate is some of the best I have ever had and you can customize! For example you can add vanilla syrup and marshmallows! I stopped in here with the fam in search of some good gelato. The whole place is full of amazing looking chocolate and candy. They have a very small gelato section, so it's definitely more of a side thing than a specialty. My kids were super excited about the celebration cake flavor and asked for samples, so we were kind of committed. The kids loved the celebration cake gelato. My husband and I weren't quite as crazy about the gelato, having had some really excellent gelato in Europe and some places in the U.S. I would not consider this gelato. It wasn't smooth and it was kind of a cross between gelato and regular ice cream. The flavor of the vanilla and chocolate also was just okay. They have cups, sugar cones or waffle cones. We like to visit on the weekends for a sweet treat and they have lots to choose from. From tasty chocolates, caramel apples and even our favorites gelato and the hot chocolate! This quaint little chocolate shop is located in the heart of The Shops at Perry Crossing, and ever since the first time I was taken here by a friend, I have been coming back for more!! I've bought multiple items, from chocolate bites, gelato to hot chocolate, and I have yet to find a product that has disappointed me in either taste or texture. The staff has always been prompt and courteous with me, and they are very attentive when I ask them questions about what products to buy. Trust me, they have a big selection!! And while you can get these types of chocolates anywhere, I keep coming back to Schakolad because of their great customer service and great tasting treats! My sister & brother in law advised my husband & I to go here for chocolate. I was having a craving so we went here. You walk in and the delicious smell of chocolate hits your face. In cases are different tray of delectable different chocolates and fudge. Fudge was by the pound, we got slices. The rum balls could probably get you drunk they were so strong! For all of the chocolate we got it was less than $10. The price is amazing and the chocolate is pure. Customer service is amazing. Stopped in here one afternoon had one employee No customers.Was looking I wanted to purchase and another gentleman came in and employee waited on them. Employee talked excessively to other customer while I was waiting. I thought this was rude.
