I've had serious lower back and hip issues (after a bad injury), as well as neck and shoulder problems (pain, stiffness, pinched nerves) for years. After recently moving to the area, I was referred to Dr. Ashby by several new neighbors. And I am so glad I was! Dr. Ashby is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is probably the gentlest chiropractor I've ever seen. But the results are remarkable. I can walk better, faster, and with less effort than I have in years. I''m now walking 1+ miles (no big deal, I know - but it used to be!) with almost no pain in my hip and lower back. And because my flexibility is so much better, I'm walking faster and with less effort. I can actually exercise again. Before seeing Dr. Ashby I could make it about 100 yards before I had to stop, because I was in intense pain. AMAZING! And my neck and shoulder issues have improved, too. However my care was disrupted by the poor communication. They did notify me..once they learned it had reached me owing that large amount. So now I am still in pain and not fully healed with this debt sent to collections. Definitely not worth it. I tried everything to find healing and relief. The ortho doctor gave me a steroid shot. It didn't help. The PT did dry needling and a little massage. It didn't help. I went for two massages. Another chiropractor made a few adjustments that brought NO relief and actually misdiagnosed my pain. I used a massage gun. heat packs, ice packs, Naproxen, muscle relaxants. Nothing worked.
