OMG! More than great, I called this morning for a carpet stain removal on the carpet in my bedroom. With hardwood floors throughout our home, we have rugs everywhere. Many of them are too large to effectively clean myself...especially having had 3 dogs and a couple of cats who seem to also like rugs. Anyway, I was looking for someone with whom I could drop a rug off for cleaning, and I found Schemmer's. I gave Roger a call, to get a quote. After he asked me a few key questions, he gave me a reasonable ballpark price range. I agreed to drop the rug off at their place, but they do offer pickup/dropoff for a small fee. Their staff was very helpful! After giving them the necessary details, they sent someone out to my vehicle to haul the rug inside for me. They were flexible about pickup, once the rug was done. The cost was right in line with what they had quoted me - which was a lot cheaper than buying a new rug! They were all friendly and good to work with. I will likely be bringing another rug or two there soon, as I cycle them out. read more
