The moment he entered examining room he was friendly and attentive. During visit he answered my questions thoroughly, even questions I didn't know I had. He asked both my husband and I questions to make sure he was informed of how I was doing at home as well. Dr. Rashid turned my uncertainty into a better understanding of what was going on with my lungs and my breathing issue. He did not rush our visit, instead took time and went abovevand beyond what I expected. I was quite panicky over my shortness of breath and my overall slow recovery before seeing Dr. Rashid. After my visit, I felt a huge weight lifted and I was able to relax for the first time in over a month literally due to having things clearly explained to me. I am very grateful!

Kathryn Loret was friendly but didn't provide much info. she isn't my main audiologist. She didn't suggest any options, etc. She just tested my hearing. PA Kelly wasn't respectful to my needs. Prior to this appointment I talked to my audiologist and Lauren about the BiCros. When I saw PA Kelly i mentioned this and she said no that's not an option for you since your hearing is too bad in the one ear. I then had to follow up with Lauren who told me it was. No PA, audiologist or Dr. should only suggest a cochlear implant if there's other options. Getting a cochlear is a life changing experience.

Recommend bringing hair wrap for leaving with .( your hair is disgusting all over the place) 4. Your room resembles hotel room w private bathroom you are being recorded 24/7 so change using the bathroom. 5. Ladies i found using hot water a rosemary & mint shampoo for long hair takes the goop out the first wash Than suggest using Argon oil conditioner - rinse out leaves hair soft smooth not dry like straw! Otherwise it's nightmare getting that goop out your long hair I've done this procedure several times so trust me. Finally Relax your in a friendly, safe environment.
