Every information about prices I got was confused and every employer told me different things. I got impression that Gary and his stuff are sweet talk and kind untill time for paying come,then you got much higher price then you already been told,and everything happen in a rush without any explanation why is that. One of his employers tried to assure me to by lenses in a wrong power-with explanation that they are not producing lenses in my power but power they got is similar with mine(?!),which is really unprofessional. After all I am really dissapoint and I won't go to Good Looking Optics ever again.

To see or not to see…read more... Great service better than those high street opticians, can be a little pricey but the quality is in the product so it's worth it. Whenever I'm in London/Hertfordshire this is the only opticians that I would ever consider using. 5 Star Service! 5 Star Quality! I've used high street opticians who can turn out a pair of spectacles in an hour, or you can buy two for the price of one; but lets be honest, the reason why they give you two pairs is that they only last 6 months (in my experience). Yes they only cost £250 for two pairs, so hey if you have to buy another set in 12-18 months it not a big lay out of money so nothing to worry about. Well I disagree! If you are paying £200 - £300 every 18 months why not not invest in better quality which will last you longer, I purchased a pair of Lindberg, OK! they cost nearly £600 but they lasted 7 years without fault. The minor issue, which occurred after 7 years of daily use, was repaired and the opticians expect them to last for at least another 7 years. So it's cheaper in the long run.

They didn't order my lenses when they were supposed to, then told me there was a delay with the supplier. They charged me for three boxes of lenses and said that that is the price, my research told me otherwise, when I raised this the manager/owner wouldn't even consult with me directly as I had requested and got the receptionist to phone me. Just got off phone with receptionist and they were trying to get me to pay for the lenses again saying they couldn't find a record of my payment and would I bring in a bank statement to prove it... completely unprofessional and mal-managed business. I will be going elsewhere.
