Only giving 4 stars due to 2.5 hours late for appt and price charged was $100 more than quoted…read more Reason given is that our tank is 1500 which is higher. I was not asked what tank size when I called for pricing and scheduling and did not know that there was more than one price dependant on anything. It would be better service if they would quote pricing for the different tank sizes so the customer can know price will vary depending on size rather than just quote a price then charge something completely different. Also, cement cover was not placed on level. Otherwise, service was great. The guys were very nice and polite and seemed to be very thorough. As far as I can tell they did a good job!

Under no circumstances would I recommend Hardrivers construction company. They do not have a moral…read morestandard nor do they seem to have a code of ethics. They refuse to take responsibly for an incident that happened in their construction zone, when one of their tankers was going well above the posted 30mph speed limit. Also posted is their sign stating that going above 30mph can result in a cracked windshield. The tanker inflicted a significant crack to my windshield as it was easily visible that he was greatly surpassing the 30mph limit. I had a witness who worked for the company who agreed with me about the nature of the incident. I specifically dealt with Brian Hudson, who refused to talk to the worker which witnessed the incident. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed real proof such as a dash cam or a radar, which we all know as a normal passenger vehicle/driver is completely unrealistic. Brian refuses to take accountability for this incident, and a business with such lack of morals does not deserve anyone's support.
