They are original owners and have loved on this house!) They plan to move out 6/30. We have to be out of our rental house by 8/1. So plenty of time to get rid of carpet in 3 of rooms and extend existing laminate. Also paint 4 rooms that are white. A- on inspection. So very few tweaks need to be made.
