A little disappointing. The property makes a high quality impression, but the staff is not at the same level. The property is beautiful. The restaurant has a chic decoration. Toilets are amazingly styled. It's a bit of a shame that a place located so beautifully, has no seating on the outside of the building, but the outside part of the hotel restaurant is in a courtyard. Yes the courtyard is pretty (I will add a photo), but it makes a 'closed in' feeling. We preferred to sit outside but the ashtray on our table was full and it gave off a dirty smell. We told the waitress but she said she couldn't smell it. We decided to sit inside. The ingredients are very fresh and of high quality. Unfortunately the kitchen staff put way, way to much salt into one of our main courses. I was a little surprised that the waitress (although she was super friendly and helpful) didn't know all the etiquettes of serving in an upscale restaurant like this. The first 10 minutes of our stay in the restaurant, a radio chanel was playing (including commercials), but was then switched off and no music was played any more. We received a free 'welcome from the kitchen', the internet was easy to connect to, and the toilets were clean. read more
