There is a stream than runs along the walking path and a pond that you can even take a rented boat out onto in the summer. It's very popular, expect to see a lot of people out especially on the weekends ending this space.

A gorgeous park in the city center around the theatre. It's got a beautiful big fountain in the…read moremiddle and it's surrounded by a lot of really nice buildings. I would imagine this is an oasis for locals and tourists all year round and a nice place to go for a walk. It's not huge but big enough not to feel crowded. Dogs need to be on a line here which is unfortunate. In a way I was glad as there were a lot of geese and ducks that our dog loves to chase around, only because it's a new place;-)) I would come here if you are visiting town for a walk and spend some quiet time in the park. To one end of the park there is also a long trail that goes around a brook which is great for a longer walk or a run.
