The fish smoke house/boat opens daily from 11am and closes whenever the fish is out or there is no traffic at the harbor. The latter happened to us twice during the week around 5pm! Anyways, we finally were able to snatch some smoke fish before noon at the Berta and it was amazing! I am addicted to smoke fish and I can tell the difference!
