Receipt

Took advantage of the BOGO offer in Ad Pages. Ordered at the drive thru 2 small original sandwiches-one with no mustard. Got home and both sandwiches had mustard. Receipt clearly shows no mustard. Phone number has been disconnected so can't call to report. Do Not Go To This Schlotzsky's!

Apple hours

Saw that they closed at 10pm (per Apple Maps) got there at 9:25pm to see that they were closed. Pulled to the door and see the hours. Would have been nice to have accurate time online for your hours of operation.

Soggy pizza not even cut

Extremely clean restaurant. Bread toasted perfectly. Best Schlotzky"s I've ever been to. Staff very polite.

The interior of the store has changed since I was last year. I noticed they have a mandatory mask…read moresign upon entering the store. When we went in there weren't many people in the store. The aisles are organized and clean. They have an assortment of international teas, spices, curry, produce in the back, frozen food, rice, nuts, Hindu religious products etc. I would recommend checking items before purchasing as I noticed some had expired. The prices range from inexpensive to pricey. I love that they have digestive cookies, unfortunately I didn't see the brand I like so I tried a different one which was decent. I don't see myself returning, but I'm glad they updated the store.

The spot is just west of Denton Hwy. on Basswood in a little strip center on the north side. It's a small store, but it was organized well and I was easily able to find what I was looking for. They had the paste! They also had a large variety of spices so I took the opportunity to stock up on curry spices. It is definitely a better deal to purchase here instead of Kroger. The large chain stores like Kroger might have 1 or 2 options when in comes to curry or any international spices or ingredients and the charge way more. If you are looking for any specialty Indian food or ingredients then I'd definitely recommend stopping in Amma's! When I'm in the area this will be my go to spot.

This is my go-to Wal-Mart store to come in to for groceries and essentials. It is obviously smaller…read morethan a super center and that's not a bad thing. I can feel so overwhelmed walking into a super center these days, especially during peak time. The store is generally clean and well stocked. The employees are nice and friendly. Parking is not an issue though there was a time a sketchy lady was walking around the parking lot. I caught her looking into my car as I was walking up. After exchanging a few words with her, I called the store from my car to let them know. I waited a couple of minutes and saw a manager walking out and looking around. I pointed to her and he went to go speak to her. Kudos! They did some remodeling which was a nightmare, because I couldn't find some things that I needed but all is fine now. The deli department is convenient with fresh rotisserie chicken and warm French bread. I love the self checkout lanes, and they even have a couple with conveyor belts for your bigger purchases. The one thing I dislike about this store is the grocery pickup service. They do not have it together like the other stores in the area. There were several times where I pulled up and waited for someone to come out. I've even had to call them which I hardly ever had to do at other locations. There's a tracking system for a reason. I stopped using that service here altogether but have no issues going inside.

I walked in here's against my better judgement, to use the restroom. The men's restroom, and the…read more"family restroom" both were in complete chaos and unsanitary disarray. I literally thought I was going to vomit and now need to emergency put my clothing in the cleaners and change what I'm wearing - which is a silk shirt that I don't want ruined by absorbing the putrid unsanitary conditions I unknowingly walked right into....Absolutely disgusting. Meanwhile I made a quick purchase and left - and noticed there's staff everywhere. Including what appears to be several "managers" standing around talking in the produce area looking toward the self checkout area. I understand retailers have a lot going on but how about doing the basic fundamentals of the job - ensuring your customers have a clean, simple place to shop, etc. while you're at it - with at least some semblance of prioritization on your consumer experience. Absolutely disgusting. I would not shop here, or ever step foot in this establishment again. Sam Walton, from what I know about his philosophy on customer service - would be ashamed. Also, all those employees I walked by, and that were standing around, didn't even look at me - let alone smile or anything - except the last group who weirdly stared at me while talking amongst themselves from the moment I walked up to the self checkout until I walked out of the store. Shame on all of them. Terrible experience. Yuck.
