Halli Hallo von Seattle, Washington!…read more I was a patient here for 10+ years. Great facility! The staff are courteous and friendly, and the doctors on staff are highly trained; they are globally leading experts in their respective specialties. I would highly recommend this hospital to families & pediatric patients in Switzerland.

She examined my children very carefully, which gave me a lot of reassurance. I am very happy that my children were seen by such a good and competent doctor. Thank you, doctor.Kalliopi Tsimirika. Anwar

When we moved to Zürich, we looked for a new pediatrician for our six month old daughter. Swiss…read moreMedikids seems like the right place for emergencies: open 8am to 8pm every day, including holidays, they accept unannounced visits, and they also provide lab/imaging/first care service. While they are certainly good for emergencies, they also the best possible option for non-emergency stuff, and they are in fact our pediatrician of choice. Let me list why: - evidence based, professional, scientifically sound medicine. These people are internationally trained, updated in their education, and they know what they do - no homeopatic / anti-vaccination nonsense (not so easy in Switzerland) - they listen a lot to parents, and they record everything is said and discussed. Even if you may see a different doctor if you don't have an appointment, they know all about you. - doctors speak multiple languages, interact with kids, gain their trust - staff is extremely kind and attentive - they are always available on a short notice, although in that case you might have to wait a bit. I cannot recommend them more. They successfully helped us to go though little emergencies, some (now resolved) medical conditions, periodic checkups, development monitoring, seasonal stuff, and more.

I used to be their client, but then my doctor moved and I moved with him…read more But today I learned something about them. I was charged for analysis of report even though the report was sent to the email address of my doctor, their former employee. Instead of trying to correct a possible mistake, they decided to do analysis themselves because of course they can charge me for that what they of course did. Yes, legally correct. Would I recommend them now: no.

I give this doctor's office four stars because it is a good "one stop medical shop" in Zurich, with…read morepretty good service from each doctor I've been to, and also from the receptionists. They have doctors specializing in family medicine, dermatology, gynecology, physical therapy, etc. I find their family medicine and dermatology services to be pretty good. I have seen great progress in my skin from seeing the dermatologist here to which many others didn't really take their time out to properly diagnose my allergies. They even have Saturday hours - a plus for Zurich! If your usual family doctor is not in, they will try their best to find another family doctor within this practice (there are several), so you never really have to worry about not being able to see a good doctor in an emergency. The one strange thing is that you have to go through a whole "Sihlcity" shopping mall to get to this doctor's office. You have to take the elevator to the 3rd floor, and within this whole Sihlcity shopping mall there are a few restaurants/stores on the ground floor, supermarket/stores on the first floor, stores on the second floor, pet store/Media Markt (nearby the doctor's office) on the third floor and Credit Suisse offices on the fourth floor. Pretty strange mix especially if you are very ill, trying to discreetly walk through this shopping mall to see your doctor!

She is nice and when ever I have anything always available and she has also referred me to other specilist if I needed them. I suffer from Migraines so she also recommended to try Acipuncture with Dr. Naterop-Perroud. Since this treament is covered by my insrance i decided to give it a try and after 9 session I'm very happy with it. It does help me relax and also helps my stiff neck and my headaches. Putting the needless on is not the best of feelings, but after you have 20 mins if relaxing before they are taken out. I normally have a power nap during the session, so really relaxing i must say. Pitty that i can only have 12 seasion a year, but is better then nothing. I don't know if the doctors here speak english, since I speak german, but since there are so many doctors, I do think you can find one that does. I give this centre 4 points, just because they are sometimes delayed (Dr. Naterop that is) and I just don't like waiting for an appointment, specially here in Switzerland where everything is so punctual ;)

What an amazing staff and great Doctors and nurses. I am truly grateful for the exceptional nurses,…read moredoctors, and staff who cared for me. While I would love to name each nurse individually, I fear leaving someone out unintentionally. What I can say with certainty is that every member of your team went above and beyond. They were attentive, compassionate, and deeply observant of patients' needs. Small yet meaningful acts--like helping me with my shoes or applying cream to my foot--were done with such kindness and care. Most importantly, their warmth and professionalism made it easier to smile, even in a challenging environment. Mental health treatment can be daunting, but the care team created an atmosphere of dignity, respect, and genuine care. For that, I will always be grateful. Please extend my thanks to everyone who played a role in my care. Their dedication does not go unnoticed.

I'm the Dutchess of Universitatsspital Zurich, how weird!…read more Anyway, this is the reason why I have less time these days. I want to write this review to inform everyone how absolutely wonderful Universitatsspital Zurich is. This review is only about the intensive care unit. The Universitatsspital Zurich is apparently the best heart hospital in all of Switzerland. My boyfriends mother was rushed here from Winterthur via the Rega (Swiss Air Rescue) helicopter. Rega is a nonprofit organization and it's really wonderful! Their goal is to pick anyone up in Switzerland within 15 minutes. If you pay 40 CHF a year then you don't get charged a lot... I think? Anyway, the doctors in this hospital are hardworking, understanding, sensitive, well informed, caring, and wonderful, and probably a lot more words. My boyfriends mother spent 2 weeks here until she was transferred to the intensive care unit in Schaffhausen (today! yay! she's in Schaffhausen!) and within the two weeks I was able to become somewhat comfortable with the intensive care unit, (well, only a floor) and the people in it. Every day we were able to call the hospital at any time and get a thorough description of what was happening. Every day when we arrived a doctor would meet with us and explain face to face what was happening. They were always very clear, they told us when they didn't know something, and they let us take plenty of time with questions. These doctors could make life changing decisions very quickly. There were several doctors working with my boyfriends mother, but since I was here for a while the faces became familiar. I truly felt that these people cared immensely for her. I felt a calmness with the doctors, they really had a warmth to them. I don't know too much about hospitals, but they really have all the shiz here. So. many. things. Tubes, and wires and lines and machines and more tubes and gauze and stickers and bla bla bla! It's amazing! Everyone manages to be so organized and the doctors always smile and greet you when you're in the room, even if they have 1038123 other things to be thinking about. Unfortunately the visiting hours are 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., but you can come anytime if it's the first day there, I think. You're in good hands here, they will help.
