He went ahead and put me through hell, he then walked out of the room with not pain prescription, a syringe to keep the deep wound clean, and the antiseptic rinse. I followed-up with Dr. Austin who was more understanding and gave me the things I needed; however, this was two weeks later. But in the meantime, I was in excruciating pain for two weeks, I did not want to go back to him.

They called him 3 days prior to appt to tell him they no longer take his insurance. Had they kept his first appt, this would not have been an issue. Now, he'll have to wait another 6 weeks to get an appt with another dermatologist. Very frustrating!
