I heard about Kind Clinic via word of mouth. I had the pleasure of seeing PA Edgar. I was thoroughly impressed by how attentive and approachable he was! He never downplayed my symptoms and took the time to get to know my family history and work life to see if it was attributing to my symptoms. I really like that he took the time to explain why he was ordering certain tests and what he was trying to rule in and out and made sure I was comfortable with it. I later got my labs and turns out I had a thyroid problem all this time and feel pretty good about our treatment plan! He also reassured me I did not have diabetes and ways to prevent and monitor in the future. I had a great experience here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to establish with a new doctor!

She'd wait forever for an appointment, only to be rushed through in 10 minutes, with her concerns brushed off. We found the Kind Clinic after a trip to Urgent Care, where they recommended we seek better care for an issue that had been previously dismissed. Making the switch was the best decision. From the moment we walked in, we felt the difference. Marian and Michelle at the front desk are so kind and on top of everything. They always make sure my mom gets in for appointments quickly, which has been a huge help. Luis and Edgar are incredibly patient, taking the time to answer every question and explain things in a way that puts my mom at ease. They're thoughtful about how they talk to her--gentle and reassuring, but also completely honest. It's only been a month, but they've already done more for her than her previous provider did in years. The whole team is proactive, caring, and truly lives up to their name. When she got back on the line she knew nothing about WC injuries as she couldn't understand what a "CT" injury is. I proceeded to inquire on their available providers. She placed me on hold and transferred me to their coordinator. Coordinator picked up the line, advised the reason for my call and she had the nerve to say they're not accepting injuries older than 6 months. Advised her mine is less than 6 months old and she said they're not accepting new patients at all. Asked her why I wasn't just told that from the beginning (because I knew they were trying to BS me at this point) and the coordinator said they're a small practice and won't accept my "horrible attitude". Crazy because for being a small practice you'd think they'd actually have customer service. Some food for thought for this white trash hole- maybe you should treat others the with the same attitude you want to be treated, and maybe try getting a receptionist who knows about what your office has to offer so that someone doesn't have to dumb it down for her??? As someone who works in a professional setting, I know how important it is for customer service to start with the person who picks up the phone. The receptionist and staff are not only uninformed. but have zero compassionate for potential patients. I wasn't even calling for myself and I couldn't imagine having my client call to ask for help. I would not want anyone to experience what I experienced on the other side of the phone. The people calling are patients with real medical needs that are already having a difficult time navigating the unfortunate hassle it takes to speak with Insurance companies and various doctors and all while dealing with painful injuries or conditions. I understand that sometimes it's easy to forget that we deal with people's real life situations but when you work in a professional setting you must always put your patients/customers/clients first. Romeo does not provide that type of care or support for existing or potential patients.

I took my son in for a knee cap dislocation he received last Thursday during PE and I made the…read moreappointment this morning with the Turlock Medical Clinic-Sutter. They were able to get him in at 2pm this afternoon to be seen by Dr Magoon. The office was clean, pleasant to the eye. I was greeted by a very friendly front office staff, along with less of a 10 minute wait to go to the room. Dr Magoon entered the room within 5 minutes and obtained the ER records within another 10 minutes. They had Xray room on site and lab also, which limited having to go to a hospital for those tests. The staff and Doctor were by far the best I have seen in a very long time. He and his staff were very efficient, kind, and are quick to schedule a follow up with a specialist and MRI if needed to assure my sons condition doesn't worsen and/or corrected. I am very pleased that I have found a group that I can take my family to and feel confident in the services they will provide.
