I have been a customer of Jim's for about 20 years. I was always happy. Since he sold it to Seth…read moreI cannot say the same. Phone calls and emails have not been returned timely if at all. When I told Seth that this was unacceptable, he told me that he was not going to apologize for taking a vacation. I told him he did not need to. He could simply put an out of office message on his phone and email. He told me I was not going to tell him how to run his business. Now he has not finished my taxes and wants to charge me for the work done and not give me the work product he has done so far. I would stay as far away from them as possible. Jim I am sorry he is ruining the great reputation you built over many years.
