However there wasn't any electrical outlets in the garage. Some E-bikes's batteries are built into the bike. The front desk ladies didn't want us to plug them into any outlets. Finally they said we could take our E-bikes to our rooms. The hotel doesn't have an elevator to the rooms! We had to carry and push the heavy e-bikes up two floors to our rooms!! The front desk wouldn't take my USA drivers license as a ID. I had to dig in my luggage for my passport before they would provide me with a room key. The front desk personnel were great in saying "NO" to everything. However they wouldn't or couldn't make any decisions of their own! Everything was we have to ask our manager, and she will not be here for a while. I asked if they had a phone, and they said yes, and I said call the manager then!
