I was asking about different cuts of meat, and instead of explaining them, he made faces as if I should already know the answers. You're a butcher, helping customers understand the products is literally part of the job. When I asked about ribs and how many I wanted, his response was, "Well, that's going to be $300," delivered with a sarcastic attitude that made us feel unwelcome. Throughout the entire interaction, it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff simply by asking questions. Customer service was extremely disappointing, and the rude treatment completely ruined what should have been a straightforward shopping experience.
