Dealt with the owner over the phone with an issue with my online purchase and he could not have been more helpful and courteous. So I made it a point to go out of my way to the Karolinenviertel. I get there and am not even all the way out of my car when this girl yells at me to shut of the engine in my car. Indicating to her to mind her own business , I walk into the store to what would have been a guaranteed purchase of new sneakers for me, sure enought who walks in as the person who is running the store at that time: .. You guessed it , that rude chick, that had just been yelling at me. So I walk out and leave. I would love for the owner to know what a rude and clueless person they have entrusted their store to. She was hanging outside , probably smoking, rather then tending to the store. I will never return , too many other options for me, where I will not be miss treated as , as a customer.

At the height of the winter season, you can expect to pay 70-100 euros for a pleather boot and 120-190 for a leather boot. DISHONEST AND BAD CUSTOMER HANDLING…read more I went here with my GF to check out a pair of shoes and the lady here was very nice at first and she helped me find my size and even gave me a pair of socks that I could use to ensure I get the right size. It was after that I became very disappointed. We wanted to check out one more store so we asked that she hold the shoes for us and she said she would even though it's not something they normally do. We called ahead to tell them we them we will get them but the same lady that promised to hold them told us she sold them minutes after we left, as if that were supposed to justify her dishonesty. That is just extremely disgusting behavior and I hope she gets proper training in the future. The MOST BASIC principle of sales is not to lie to the customer. Because of this behavior we will not be going back to find a different shoe in my size. I do not recommend this store.
