Shady character. I tried calling this guy to get an idea of what it would cost to replace a lock. Instead he insisted on only giving a precise quote with a scheduled meeting. It shouldn't take an appointment to get a rough idea of what something as simple as changing a lock will cost. Look elsewhere for transparent prices and professional character. read more
