Gino and his staff were polite, professional, and easy to get into contact with. These things are in addition to the fantastic rates we received on both of our vehicles and our home. -They saved us almost $300 PER MONTH for the same coverage!!!- The money you have helped us save will keep our budget in the black for the term of our policy. They've seen this a few times in the 26 years. One week I'm at Nathan grooves with Bethany who is wonderful. And the next they can't find my policy, never could pay my July bill. She had to contact corporate to get my policy back from this guy. She says she has never had this occur . I never signed papers nor gave a payment method to Adam . Bethany had a better rate. That would signify I'm not interested and to get lost. As a customer I don't freaking owe an explanation. As if my toddler wasn't already on hospice and going for double hip repair as well battling kidney and epilepsy diseases . ... smh This agent made my family holiday plans in July a nightmare of stress.
