They immediatly got on the phone to the tailor, who came in on a Saturday to measure me up! Their seamstress was much like the rest of the staff in there, professional, welcoming and offered honest advice. I required the whole dress to be taken up from the zip by 2 inches with a very tricky mesh material and it only cost £20.00. I am delighted with the outcome of the dress and would like to thank all the staff at Excel for their excellent service.
