Never mind, I've loved the shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair + the hairpak for curls. And it is longlasting products. Extra plus for the herbal tea they offer, a nice touch. She has brought my hair back to health (it was quite damaged by the lack of care at the previously mentioned salon) and, most importantly, I HAVE BEAUTIFUL BLONDE highlights again!!!! Diana is very professional, friendly and is a great listener to my needs; she is also confident with her profession and can tell me when she disagrees with my perceived wants/needs. I ALWAYS leave her salon with beautifully styled hair and a bounce in my step, I feel THAT good when I leave! Diana is amazing. Credit cards (Amex) are accepted, and she even enquired whether I could be eligible for a student discount (alas, not anymore!). Will visit again. Only thing that bugs me is that same day appointments aren't really a thing. To be on the safe side, always book a few days in advance. I did it on the phone as their online booking system requires prospective customers to register, and I don't want to bother.

I got assigned a man working in the corner, he was middle aged and had short dark hair. Right off the bat he seemed out of it and kept running into things, talking wildly to those around him, and dropping the tools he was using. I also noticed a woman at the counter staring down at him disapprovingly the entire time he rummaged about. I just said I wanted a fade on my sides but what he began to do was so reckless and unconcerned that two minutes in I knew I was in a seriously bad situation. Ultimately he spends 7 minutes wrecking my hair and giving me a stupid and embarrassing blotchy fade. Then he immediately says he's finished and asks for 30€ Absolutely the most unprofessional and reckless service I've ever encountered. I've included two photos of my 30€ haircut.
