Even after I had my daughter and had to step back from working here, I was treated with respect and understanding. This is more than a business, but a non-profit center ran by a Board of Directors that strive to give employees, students and their families, and other professionals what they need to succeed and develop. CLC is all about building relationships through friendships and families. I have made relationships and connections and am so grateful for my experience and memories here. My first time here and almost gave up looking for it! This building is NOT in town, it is on the…read moreside of the freeway on your way back to Osage Beach from Camdenton. There is a post office directly across the street, I hope that will help you find the place. The two ladies that helped me were very kind, helpful and professional, one star lost for the ice cold, unfriendly blonde sitting furthest away from the door. It is already hard enough for some people to walk into a place like this, put a smile on your face lady!! Tons of resources, lots of computers with direct access to all the websites that can help you and upcoming workshops and webcasts addressing different subjects. I thought I would be the only person there in my age group but I wasn't. Lots of folks waaaay older than me, I felt lucky to be so 'young.' It's been many years since I've visited a place like this, I'm glad I did :-) Btw, bring your pic ID and your skills aren't great on the computer, one of the nice ladies there will help you.
