She walked us to the barn and there were the owners, Barbara and Denis. Friendly, welcoming and kind, they were a breath of fresh air. The barn is filled w/small vignettes of furniture, household items, tools, shoes, hat and many more things vintage, some antique. There is space to walk and there's a restroom in the smaller, white workroom. The prices were very reasonable and I found a great vintage table for only $25. I would recommend that you call as their business card says they open "by chance and appointment".

Located just 10 minutes down the road from Six Flags Amusement Park on the old Route 66. A pleasant ride with country scenery on both sides. There is a place called Red Cedar Inn (owned by the City of Pacific) to welcome visitors to the area. Just past a Silica plant the area opens up to businesses on both sides of the highway. There are three places out there that feature antiques, collectibles and in one instance a nice clothing boutique. The new place is Route 66 Goodies on the left if driving westbound. This place is packed with third party curated merchandise. Most are open booths where customers can handle items, with a wall of locked cases on one side. The cases are necessary in one case to preserve the condition of the collectibles inside (like new toys from the 1990s-early 1990s, comics and trading cards). There is also nice glassware and a few pieces of antique and vintage furniture. I recommend checking it out someday and have lunch at one of the many restaurants that are spouting up here and there.

The most disrespectful women working at your front desk....never smiled or greeted us when we…read moreentered, finally my husband who was ahead of me said "hello" and begrudgingly, the obese women reciprocated but without much sincerity or even a smile then sourly glared at me...loudly commanding I put my purse in a locker, that's fine I don't have a problem with your locker policy.....But not when you talk to me in that degrading spiteful loud voice..... I said "well you could have at least greeted me or smiled upon entering"....the more obese of the two said in a hostile voice, "WE DID" When I turned the corner to start shopping.... One of the the vendor's was restocking her booth and had overheard the entire conversation.... She thanked me for saying something.... She said, "Those two women are horrible and treat everybody terribly when they enter the store. "....sounds like your gatekeepers from hell need a class on etiquette & charm or banished to the back to count beans..... They don't deserve to engage with customers. They're driving off business and creating a very bad atmosphere for your store....and we will never return, too many other shops with nice people that make antiquing fun!
