They don't order items when they say they will and they won't contact manufacturers in a timely fashion when there are problems w/ manufactured items (such as cabinets). They install damaged products instead of alerting the manufacturer or the customer first. The damage could have happened by their own carelessness or not, but why didn't they point it out before installing it? My friend had to find the problems on their own & then live w/ unfinished projects for multiple MONTHS longer than necessary.

The gravel itself was full of metal wires and hooks from crushed concrete. It has cause two flat tires on our vehicles and one on a family friend. We will never use this business. When we called to complain they were like it's for a driveway and we are not responsible for what's in it. Great business motto!
