He comes over with a partner, and we seemed to have a good conversation. He takes measurements of the doors. Tells me to find the doors I am interested in; send pictures of what we might like for the deck, and guess what? We never hear back from him! I can't compete with those out by the lake, those that have second, third homes! But, we deserve to be treated better than this! Now I know enough, because we have had a few contractors over the year, that they are busy. In general, their communication skills is not too good. Like today..we contacted a contractor to come out and see the deck; a day or so ago...never shows up. Doesn't have the decency to ........call! You couldn't act like this in 'regular' jobs......
