I was in Kassel for 2 days on a business trip and my briefcase handle broke. I wished to buy a new one, I searched the inner city and unfortunately I cannot speak any German. I found 1 shop, but no one was able to speak to me in English. Then I found Lederhaus Schumann, not only could they speak fluent English with me, I was given excellent service, and I bought a new briefcase. They also advised me on how and where to send my broken breifcase to be repaired once I was back in the States. The service was excellent , the assortments great, and the shop looked very elegant. Habe beruflich viel mit Mode zu tun und hätte nicht erwartet, so ein Laden hier in Kassel zu finden. Exzellente Auswahl der Einzelstücke von Marken wie Longchamp oder Coccinelle. Wenn man die Top-Marken sucht, sind Sie hier richtig. Die Beratung empfand ich auch als sachkundig und äußerst freundlich.
