For those that are not from Germany, we have a Konditorei and a Bäckerei. These are two different entities. A Bäckerei specializes in Bread, Brötchen, Kaffeestückchen and Torten. A Konditorei is what we call " Sugar Bakers" they specialize in sweets such as Torten, Confectionary, petit fours and more. They are the masters of sweet delights, while the Bäckerei are the masters of Bread and Brötchen. A fun fact Germany has over 3200 different kinds of Bread and Brötchen ( breadopedia.com) . A baker and sales rep has to know everything about them to include disease.

Reservations are a must on weekends and would recommend for weekdays for seats inside.
