Frozen food delivery, direct to your door. They assign you a delivery day that is the same every two weeks. Very convenient and the food is not bad but if you believe in Social Distancing, forget it. The driver wears no mask or gloves and hands the bag of stuff from his hand to yours. I ordered twice, the first order was okay but the second order included three each boxes of their Black Angus burgers but I was delivered only one -and no receipt. It's been six weeks since I placed the original order and I still haven't received my food. Their customer service line is useless. I've called several times but useless. A third party answering service that can't really help. There's no way to actually contact someone at Schwan's.
