While I love most of the food we have ordered it is definitely pricey. But the customer service is terrible. When an item is left out of your order you can't get a refund until you request one 24 hours later. I've been waiting since 10/11 for a refund on two items left out. I called right away and they can't call the driver or do anything until the order processes. Clearly they haven't seen that every store will deliver food to me same day and yes a much better policy for when they forget an item or an item is in a acceptable shape, moldy or otherwise. And cheaper for comparable items! I will miss some of our favorites, and our driver was awesome, but this level of customer service is not okay. So far so good. A little pricey so we order only once or twice a month. Excellent service and we love the biscuits, scones, mashed potatoes,Normandy vegetables mix, and chicken tenders. Always great service. read more
