I was referred to Dan Wolf by my divorce lawyer to represent my 16 year old daughter in an estate situation. He was unresponsive even when I called and sent multiple emails. After not hearing from him for a month, I fired him. It is very sad to put your trust in an estate lawyer for your child and have them be expensive, ineffective, arrogant and unresponsive. This is especially disappointing when your child is grieving the loss of her father, something Dan clearly didn't take into account when handling our case. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed with his service and would not recommend him. He failed his client - a 16 year child in grief from the loss of her father. Run from this man. We had Marc appointed to us as an ad litem for our 5 year old daughter. I was a stay at home father to our 5 year old daughter since birth. Throughout the case Marc was condescending to me as a stay at home father and clearly did not recognize the value of a father as a parent. The mother is experienced in gaslighting and he was manipulated by her the entire case. This attorney is dangerous. If you are a father, and marc is appointed to your case as an ad litum, recognize you will never get a fair shake. Additionally, Marc did not recognize religion as being important. I am raising my daughter christian. Marc is a dangerous person when it comes to fathers rights. I am in the process of looking for an attorney who will represent me in a case to sue Marc for legal malpractice. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Schwartz is condescending and deceitful. He did absolutely nothing that I asked him to do for my separation case. I paid him over $6000 in a nearly 6 month period of time and my case made zero progress. I was charged for a conversation that did not occur and I could prove this but was ignored. Then the firm threatened to sue me if i didn't pay the 180 dollar charge! I found a new lawyer that I am very happy with- Stephanie Olsson with Glasgow and Olsson.
